We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 4 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) - Jewellery with earrings
  • Items on sale
  • Pure Kanchipuram silk sarees - bridal sarees
  • Saree Shapewares 

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Please ensure that sarees are returned in their original fold. We will not accept if they are not. 
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
