We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Return & Cancellation Timeline
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 2 to 4 days from the date of receiving the item.
Items must be returned in original condition:
Sarees must remain in their original fold. Sarees that have been unfolded or re-folded will not be accepted.
If the blouse piece was originally attached, it must remain attached and unaltered.
Jewellery items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, personalization, cultural values, and the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Custom or personalised orders
Jewellery
Intimate items (e.g. saree shapewear, petticoats, saree blouses)
Kanchipuram bridal silk sarees
Items marked as on sale

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
