Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your parcel in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your inbox for your Shakthi Styles shipping confirmation email.
- Click the "Track your order" link in that email — this takes you directly to your live order status page.
- On your order status page you will find your carrier tracking reference. Use this to track your parcel directly on your carrier's website (Royal Mail, DHL, or your designated courier).
Didn't Receive a Confirmation Email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, you can view your order anytime by visiting My Account and signing in with the email address used at checkout.
